Description

No. 121 Boutport Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the early 19th century, though it may be older. The front is rendered, and it has a slated roof with a large, old red brick chimney located off-centre to the left on the ridge. The building has two storeys and features a two-window range. The shop front is from the 20th century. The upper storey windows have segmental heads and are box-framed sashes with margin-panes. There is a moulded board below the eaves.
