Description

Hill View is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble and cob with a hipped thatched roof and brick stacks at the ends. The building has two storeys and a two-cell plan, featuring a central staircase and a 19th-century extension at the rear that creates a T-shaped layout. On the front, there are two two-light casements with six panes per light on either side of a blind panel above the central doorway. To the left, there is a three-light casement, and to the right, a two-light casement, both similarly arranged on the ground floor. All casements include glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
