Description

The Thatch Cottage, located in Guineaford, is a late 18th-century cottage built from rendered cob with a thatched roof featuring gable ends. The building stands two storeys high and has a pair of two-light timber casement windows, each with three panes per sash, positioned above two similar windows that have slightly cambered heads. These windows are located on either side of a central doorway, which is topped by a 20th-century slated canopy. All the windows are equipped with stone sills. A 19th-century single-storey extension to the right is not included in this listing. The interior has not been inspected.
