Description

The Old Post Office is a cottage dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed, squared rubble and features a thatched, gable-ended roof with end brick stacks. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. On the upper floor, there are two-light casements with glazing bars. The ground floor on the right includes a three-light casement with glazing bars, while the left side has a canted bay window with glazing bars. There is a plain door set within a 20th-century open, gabled porch.
