House, now partly offices. Early C19; probably a remodelling of an earlier structure. Solid roughcast walls. Tiled roof, probably concrete. Red brick chimney on left side wall. C20 rendered chimney on right side wall. 2 storeys with garret. 3-window range with centre doorway. Ground-storey windows have box-framed 6-paned sashes with horns. Upper-storey windows have older 8-paned sashes, except that in the right-hand window the lower sash has 12 panes. Windows in both storeys have bracketed cills. Moulded eaves-board; gutter with lion-heads. At either end of the front is a giant pilaster of unusual depth. Exposed side wall to right has 2 upper-storey windows with 8-paned sashes. Shaped and perforated barge-boards. Dormer at rear. Included for group value.
