Railings enclosing Rock Park on the New Road side. Probably 1879. Cast-iron on a chamfered concrete plinth. Railings have square section verticals and fleur-de-lis finials. HISTORICAL NOTE: Rock Park was opened in 1879. It was laid out by RD Gould.
