Description
No. 22 Boutport Street is a house that has been converted into offices, dating from the early to mid-19th century. The front is solidly rendered, and it features a slated roof with a red brick chimney located on the left side wall. The building stands three storeys tall and has a three-window range. The doorway is off-centre to the right.
On the ground floor, there are small-paned sash windows with margin-panes: the left window has two over two panes, while the right window has one over one panes. The upper storeys contain six-paned sash windows, although the sashes on the upper third storey have only three panes. There is a raised band above the ground storey and another one below the eaves, which are interrupted by the third storey windows. The building also features a prominent flat eaves cornice and a gutter adorned with lion-heads. The interior has not been inspected.
