Description

No. 10, Exeter Road is a house, possibly incorporating elements from the 17th century, but significantly altered since. It is built of roughcast cob with a stone footing, and has a thatched roof. The house originally comprised two rooms. It features an axial chimney stack with a brick shaft. The house is two storeys high. The front elevation has an irregular arrangement of windows, with a single four-pane horned sash window and a single-light casement window on each of the first and ground floors. A door is also present. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of buildings in the area.
