Description

No. 12, Exeter Road is a house, possibly dating from the 17th century, that has undergone considerable alteration. It forms part of a row of buildings. The exterior is roughcast cob with stone footings and a brick front wall extending to the first floor; the roof is corrugated asbestos. The house has a 2-room plan and two storeys. The front elevation has a two-window range, with four two-light casement windows on each floor. Access to the front door is by four external steps. Inside, a chamfered ceiling beam remains, featuring straight cut stops.
