Description

Mid-C19 house forming part of a row.

MATERIALS: cob with a stone plinth, plastered over. The slate roof is continuous with No 44 (Grade-II listed). There is a right-hand side axial chimney stack with a brick shaft.

EXTERIOR: two storeys with a symmetrical, three window range to the front. There are six-over-six hornless sash windows to both the ground and first floors, those to the former being either side of a segmentally-headed doorway with a six-panel door and fanlight.
