Description

The gate posts located approximately 40 metres east of Glebe House are listed as a Grade II structure. They date back to 1715 and are made of granite. The posts are plain, square-sectioned piers that are chamfered along the top inside edges and topped with balls. The initials "A.Q" are inscribed on the right side of one post, while the date is inscribed on the left. One of the piers has been reset, which has significantly widened the entrance.
