Description

Drake's Cottage is an 18th-century building located on Monmouth Hill in Topsham. It is rendered and adjoins No 14 The Strand, with its frontage set back. The cottage is three storeys high and features a red brick gable-end, with the gable itself being slate-hung. On the first floor, there is a three-light sash window, and the second floor has a slightly projecting splayed bay. The roof is covered in slate. All the listed buildings in Monmouth Hill form a group.
