Description
This is an 18th century or earlier building located on the north side of Monmouth Street in Topsham. It is a two-storey building with one window. The front is covered in roughcast rendering. The window is a tripartite sash with glazing bars, featuring a bowed window above. The roof is covered with tarred slate. Local tradition suggests a connection to the Duke of Monmouth. The building contributes to the wider group value of the listed buildings along Monmouth Street.
