Description

Nos 36 and 37 on Monmouth Street are early 18th century houses that were divided in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco with rusticated quoins and feature two storeys with five windows that have sashes and glazing bars. A Tuscan porch with paired panelled doors and a coved cornice adds to the architectural detail. The buildings have a slate roof, and No 37 includes a gabled dormer. These houses are part of a group of listed buildings on Monmouth Street.
