Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the south side of Monmouth Street, Topsham. It is constructed with roughcast render. The building is two storeys high, with two windows on the ground floor and three windows on the first floor. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A side entrance is located through an arched carriageway on the right-hand side. The roof is covered in slate. The listed buildings on Monmouth Street are considered to form a group.
