Description

This is an 18th-century building on Ferry Road, Topsham, which has been altered subsequently. The exterior is roughcast. It is two storeys high, with a three-storey gable. The upper floor has five windows arranged as sashes with glazing bars, one of which is blocked. Below are three similar windows, one blank, and a casement window within the gable. There are two panel doors. The roof is slate, and there’s a red brick stack.
