Description

Exe Dene is a late 18th-century brick building located on Follet Road in Topsham. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features three sash windows. The entrance is highlighted by a Doric doorcase. The building has a brick dentil cornice and a parapet, topped with a slurried slate roof.
