Description

This is a late 18th-century building on Fore Street, Topsham, originally one dwelling and later divided into two separate properties, numbered 6 and 7. The building was altered in the late 19th century. It is two storeys and has an attic, with tripartite sash windows featuring glazing bars on the first floor. The steeply pitched roof is tiled and includes 19th-century tile-hung dormers. The main entrance features a paired central door with a pedimented head. A modern shop front has been fitted to number 6. The building is listed primarily for group value, as part of the significant group of listed buildings along Fore Street.
