Description

FORE STREET 1. 1092 (West Side) TOPSHAM No.77 (Lloyds Bank) SX 9687 8/911 II GV 2. Upper part of Bank itself is 3 storey 2 window colourwashed brick, and is part of a good house circa 1700. Rusticated quoins. Sash windows with glazing bars. Pedimented Ionic doorcase and modern bank frontage. Parapet, modern roof not visible. First floor room has panelling and a moulded ceiling. No 77 is a plain Late C18/Early CL9 brick front. Three storeys, two windows, sashes with glazing bars except ground floor. Slate roof. All the listed buildings in Fore Street form a group.
