Description

Clara Place, dated 1841 and retaining its original external appearance, comprises three blocks of houses, each containing three dwellings and arranged around a three-sided courtyard that sits slightly elevated above the road. The central block is three storeys high, while the flanking blocks are two storeys. The building is rendered with sash windows featuring glazing bars. Each doorway has a plain reveal and a rectangular window above the door. The roofs are slate-covered.
