Description

This is a small, brick cottage located on the west side of The Strand in Topsham. It likely dates from the late 17th or early 18th century. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, and features truncated gables. It may have originally served as a counting-house for a business located opposite. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A projecting brick string course runs along the facade, and the roof is slate. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings along The Strand.
