Description

49 The Strand is a building dating from around 1830, located in Topsham. It features a six-window stucco front that is positioned at right angles to the road and is partly three storeys and partly two storeys high. The building has quoin pilasters with incised ornamentation and sash windows. There is a trellis porch and a slate roof.
