Description

27, The Strand is a late 17th-century building in Topsham. It has a stuccoed brick front with rusticated quoins. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has two windows. The windows are C19 sashes, with a Georgian sash window in the attic. It retains an original Dutch gable. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings along The Strand.
