Description

THE STRAND 1. 1092 (East Side) TOPSHAM No 28 (Formerly listed in the rural district of St Thomas) SX 9688 9/1176 11.ll.52 II GV 2. Late C17, altered. Originally the counting house of No 27, the only remaining one. Rendered with dentil moulding to eaves and verges. Two storeys with gable, one window, tripartite sashes with glazing bars. All the listed buildings of the Strand form a group.
