Description
25 The Strand is a late 17th century building located in Topsham. It features a rainwater head dated 1739 and is constructed of roughcast. The building stands three storeys high and has two windows with sashes that include glazing bars. There is a square parapet at the gable end and a hipped roof behind. A panelled door is situated in the courtyard. Inside, there is a notable late 17th century staircase and panelling. This building is part of a group of listed buildings along The Strand.
