Description
This is an 18th-century, two-story house situated on Lower Shapter Street. The building has a three-window facade facing the road and is plastered. It features 18th-century sash windows. Number 4 shares a structure with Number 3, with the properties being back to back and having side entrances. Number 4 has been considerably altered and incorporates modern windows. Both buildings are covered by slate roofs. The listed buildings of Lower Shapter Street form a group.
