Description
Nos 203 and 205 on Topsham Road are a pair of three-storey red brick houses built in the early 19th century. Each house features a three-window front with stucco and rusticated quoins. They have Tuscan porches and fanlights. Number 205 has three-light sash windows with shutters and a six-panel door. Both houses have glazing bars on the windows and hipped slate roofs. Together with Nos 197, 199, 203, and 205, they form a cohesive group.
