Description

No. 197 on Topsham Road is a late 18th-century building that has been rendered. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features three mid-19th century tripartite sash windows set in flush frames. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a rectangular light, and there is a late 19th-century tiled porch. The building is adorned with dentil cornices and has a slate roof that includes two dormers. Nos. 197, 199, 203, and 205 together form a group.
