Description

This is a late 18th-century building on Topsham Road. It is rendered and two storeys high with an attic, featuring three windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars set in flush frames. The central entrance has a six-panel door with a rectangular light above it. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the building, and the roof is slate-covered with two dormers. The building forms a group with the adjacent properties at numbers 197, 203, and 205.
