Description

These are a pair of early to mid-19th century buildings, numbers 20 and 22, located on the east side of The Strand in Topsham. Numbers 20 and 21 have been altered. The buildings are constructed of limestone, which has been rendered. They are three storeys high, each with a single window. They have 19th-century sash windows, with glazing bars to number 20, and include one projecting bay. Number 20 has sash windows with glazing bars. The doors are plain. The roof is not visible from the street. These buildings are part of a group of listed buildings along The Strand.
