Description

This is a group of attractive buildings dating from the early 18th century and earlier, located on The Strand in Topsham. Number 10 is a three-story building with stone rubble walls and a slate roof, featuring an eaves cornice and sash windows. A shuttered ground-floor window and a lead rainwater head dated 1719 are also present. Numbers 11 to 13 are set back from Number 10 and linked to it via a brick addition. These buildings have 17th-century stone rubble fronts with wooden casement windows and gabled dormers. All the buildings on the Strand form a unified group and have been converted into a single residence.
