Description

1-3, Claremont Grove are three detached stucco houses dating from around 1840. The central house possesses castellated parapets, while the other two houses feature elaborate bargeboards and finials to their gables. The architectural details include Gothic casement windows, and the roofs are covered with slate, displaying a gabled and chimneyed appearance.
