FORE STREET 1. 1633 (East Side) Premises occupied by H T Scratchley Auctioneer SY 1287 1/243 II GV 2. Part of early C19 row. Low 2 storeys, stucco faced. Low pitch gable end slate roof, with bracketed eaves. 1 window. Recessed sash 1st floor in broad frame, glazing bars intact. Ground floor has canted bay with sash lights, moulded sill, stucco base, frieze and cornice. Blind case cutting across sill of 1st floor window. Recessed glazed door with bottom panel. Narrow blind rectangular fanlight.
