Description

Gotherwell is a cottage dating from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of stone rubble with brick quoins and features a thatched roof with gabled ends. The building is one storey high with an attic and has two windows, which are casements. There is a central 20th-century glazed porch and an attic window located in the gable end. A brick chimney stack is positioned over the gable end, and the rear (north-west) side is roughcast. Additionally, there is a 20th-century one-storey wing at the south-west end.
