Description

COLLINGBOURNE DUCIS CHURCH STREET SU 25 SW (north side) 8/111 Maton monument in churchyard, approximately 4m west of tower, Church of St Andrew II

Chest tomb. Mid C19. Limestone. Tall chest with moulded table and base, set on stone platform. Recessed corner pilasters. Inscribed panels with fluted tops divided by draped urn. To Leonard Pitt Maton, died 1863.
