Description

UPAVON ANDOVER ROAD SU 15 NW (north side) 2/147 Priory Cottage II

Cottage. Early C18. Stone with brick quoins. Thatched roof. Two storeys, 2 bays. Facade rebuilt in late C18-early C19. Central half-glazed door with bracketed canopy and flanking canted sashed bays with lead roofs. Upper floor has 16-pane sashes with crown glass, and smaller casement windows. Roof hipped. External stack on right. Late C19 two-storey brick lean-to at the rear.
