1/95 Goat Cottage (formerly listed as 4.4.74 Rose Cottage)

GV II

Cottage. Late C18. Coursed limestone rubble and brick. Pantile roof with 2- brick gable stacks. Single storey plus attic. 3 bays. Central doorway with half-glazed door, enclosed by C20 half glazed porch. Flanked on either side by single 2-slight sliding sashes. Above two, 2-light gabled brick dormers. To the west a lower range with a single 3-light casement. All openings have wooden lintels. To the east a C20 brick extension of no special interest.
