Description

Calcutt Court Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse located on the west side of Calcutt. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with a stone slate roof. It originally comprised three bays, although the right bay was later rebuilt or extended, incorporating an attic and cellar. A six-panel door is set within a simple porch. The windows are casement windows with bar-stopped, chamfered timber lintels. Gable stacks and two hipped dormers are present. The right bay features brick dentilled eaves and a quoined rear two-storey extension with a gable stack. The roof of this extension extends downwards over the porch in the rear re-entrant angle.
