Description

Race Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located on Race Farm Lane in Kingston Bagpuize with Southmoor. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with brick dressings and features a gabled stone slate roof with brick end stacks. It has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a three-window range. A 20th-century stone porch has been added to the front. The windows are fitted with segmental brick arches over three-light casements. There is a mid-19th-century extension at the rear. Although the interior and rear have not been inspected, they are likely to be of interest.
