Description

This is a mid-19th century house on Calcutt Street. It is built of limestone, rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, and has a Welsh slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. An off-centre door is set within a raised rendered doorcase. Other features include a raised plinth and a plat band. There are four-pane sashes to the windows, each with a moulded architrave; the window to the left of the door is narrower. A stack is located on the right gable. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the group value of the street.
