Description
This is an early 19th-century house in a row. It is constructed of limestone ashlar, with a plain first-floor string course and a moulded stone cornice above the eaves to a Welsh slate roof. The left gable has a coped detail, and there is a decorative stack. The house has two storeys and two windows on the front elevation. The replacement sash windows have glazing bars; the window on the left has 12 panes, a change from the original 16-pane configuration, and the window on the right is above a 2-panel, 4-fielded door with a 3-pane transom light. The building is included in the list principally for its contribution to the group value of the street.
