Description
10 Park Street is a house dating from the late 18th century, constructed of limestone ashlar with a Welsh slate roof that has a hip on the left side. The building has three storeys and a cellar, featuring a five-window range. On the first floor, there are five 19th-century 2/2-pane sash windows with plain reveals. Above these, three similar sashes are present along with two blind openings that have deep coved lintels. The ground floor has four 19th-century 2/2-pane sashes in plain reveals, each with projecting stone cills. The central entrance features a pedimented Doric doorcase with a six-panel door set in a deep reveal. The house has a shallow plinth, unmoulded cill bands on the first and second floors, a moulded stone cornice, and a blocking course. There is a grating in the pavement below the right window on the ground floor that provides light to the cellar. The interior has not been inspected.
