Formerly shops with living accommodation over; now offices. Early C19. Coursed squared limestone; Welsh slate roof; no visible stack. 3 storeys and cellars; 4-window range. Four 6/6-pane sashes in plain reveals with projecting stone cills to first floor; four similar 3/6-pane sashes above. C19 three-light shop window with 2/2- 6/6- 2/2-pane sashes divided by timber mullions with projecting stone cill to ground floor right; similar openings with plate glass to centre and double doors to left. Three 6-panel doors with overlights; to centre with top two panels glazed; to left with decorative overlight and plate glass in place of upper 4 panels. All ground floor openings have reveals with small chamfers step-stopped at top; continuous exposed timber lintel beaded over openings. Shallow plinth; unmoulded band course at cornice level with coped parapet above. Two gratings in pavement below shop windows light cellar. INTERIORS not inspected.
