Description

No. 18 Calcutta Street is an 18th-century house constructed from painted roughcast limestone rubble with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and features two bays. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a shop window with three lights. The widely spaced windows above are fitted with margin-glazed sashes. There are chimney stacks at the gables, and a lean-to extension is located at the rear. The eaves are adorned with brick dentils. This house is included for its group value.
