Description
No. 30 and 32 The Street is a house that features an 18th-century front but is built on a structure from the 17th or 16th century. It has a timber frame and is covered with painted brick, with the upper left and right returns rendered. The building is two storeys high with a basement and has a dentilled brick eaves cornice. The roof is hipped to the right and was originally hipped to the left as well. There is a central stack on the right side. On the first floor, there is one margin light sash window to the left and two wooden casements with shutters. The ground floor includes an 8-light shop window with a half-glazed door to the left, and to the right, there is one sash window and a 32-light shop window featuring a central 20th-century rib and stud door with a flat hood.
