Description

No. 36 The Street is a house dating from the late 18th century. It features a painted brick exterior and a plain tiled roof. The building stands two storeys high and has a large chimney stack at the rear right. On each floor, there is one horizontally sliding sash window and one glazing bar sash window, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. The entrance is marked by a central ribbed and studded door. Along with No. 34, this house was formerly known as the Good Intent Inn.
