Description
This is a house located at 37 Blick's Hill, dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble, which was previously limewashed, and features brick gable stacks and a stone slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan with a central stair tower at the rear. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has a two-window range. The left of centre doorway has timber lintels and a 20th-century door. To the left, there is a two-light casement window, and to the right, a three-light casement window from the 19th century. Additionally, there is a central raking dormer with two casements. The rear stair tower is gabled and extends full height, with a 20th-century extension on the side. The interior is largely from the late 20th century, including the stairs. The property was previously listed incorrectly as No. 37 Bricks Hill.
