Description

No. 31 Holloway Hill is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed, squared limestone rubble and features a brick gable stack on the left side, topped with a stone slate roof. The house has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with a one-window range. The right-hand doorway has a segmental-arched head and contains a half-glazed door. The windows are horned 2/2-pane sashes set in exposed frames. The interior has not been inspected.
