Cottage, early-mid C18. Colourwashed brick with thatched roof. Single storey and attic, three bays, comprising a right bay with lobby entry, a centre bay and narrow south service bay. Boarded door. Three and two-light paned windows and two flush dormers with leaded glazing. Eaves carried out on projecting joists, carried round dormers. Same slight timber framing survives on south gable. Lean-to extension at rear on right. Roof hipped to left, and half hipped to right.
