Description
Littlefield is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and has a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with attics and features three bays, along with a rear wing that has four bays. The central entrance consists of a panelled door with three upper lights, all set within a portico supported by slender square stone columns. The windows are sixteen-paned sashes, each with a lintel and relieving arches above. The eaves are decorated with brick dentils. The facade has been extended to the right to include a former external gable stack, which has been rebuilt at the top. There is a second stack located at the root of the rear wing. The rear wing also has a later or refaced upper floor and includes a sun room with canted ends on the south side. Additionally, there is a lean-to structure on the left side of the front.
